Home School Training
If you are a home schooled and are interested in improving your basketball skills, we offer day time training opportunities for kids of all ages and skill levels: beginner, average, and elite. This is a great way to get some physical education time in, as well as some cardiovascular exercise. Also, if you are serious about playing basketball at a high level, we offer the opportunity to get multiple workouts in in a day.
Along with basketball skills training, we offer strength and agility training for home-school players to improve mobility, quickness, explosion and overall sports performance.

Swim Training
Water training is a great low impact way to gain strength, cardiovascular endurance. Improving physical health, enhancing mental well-being, and promoting long-term rehabilitation. Swimming builds lung and muscle stamina, improves flexibility, and strengthens joints and ligaments. Whether you're an athlete, child, adult, or senior, we offer a program that is designed for everyone—rated "E" for every body and every level.
